The “Refuse to Pay” button has been made available for cases when you are invoiced by an expert, but in fact have received no service at all. We consider any requests to ‘Refuse to Pay’ on an individual basis. In the event that we consider your refusal to pay to be unjustified, we reserve the right to overrule your decision, and charge you for the session in question.
Please note, if an expert reissues the final invoice at $0.01 or $0, you are not given the option to 'Refuse to Pay'. Confirming a $0.01 or $0 invoice, closes your session and ends communication with the expert.
