To respond to new email inquiries please sign in to your PrestoExperts account and click the 'Mail' icon. Now locate the new inquiry - the status will be 'Question asked' and will have a green banner with the word 'New'. To see the message click on it.

Read the client’s inquiry. Below it, under 'What's Next?' you are given two response options: 'Respond with offer' and 'Decline to Answer'. If you click the 'Decline to Answer' button, the session will be closed and you will not be able to contact the client again. There will be canned text for you to answer the client, along with a pull down menu of your reason. You can also choose to block the client.

If you would like to respond to the client’s inquiry, click the 'Respond with Offer' button and put in a price.
