Clients may only rate the services of an Expert when they're hired for a total of sum of $10.00 or more.

However, When a client hires an expert for $10.00 or more and the expert cancels the session by providing a $0.00 invoice, the client will still be able to rate, however, the client will only be able to provide a 1, 2 or 3 star rating.

The rationale behind this policy is that when a client hires an expert, s/he relies on the expert for the service, should the expert decide to cancel the session, for whatever reason, we would expect the client to be unsatisfied, as such he/she is allowed to give a rating.
