If PrestoExperts attempt to collect payment for a session that is declined, the session will be placed in the expert's uncharged folder. PrestoExperts attempts to collect payments for uncharged sessions both manually and automatically on a daily basis.
Additionally, our main Billing Department contacts all clients with sessions that are not fully charged and offers them assistance in collecting the outstanding balance.
PrestoExperts will continue to attempt to collect payment for all sessions until our attempts are successful. Please keep in mind that uncharged sessions will remain uncharged until we are successful in collecting the funds.
