In order to view open sessions in your mailbox and respond to the experts please follow these simple steps:

1. Sign in to your PrestoExperts account.

2. Once logged in go to the mail icon.

3. On this page you will find your open sessions which contains any experts' responses to your questions. Select the message you wish to view by clicking on the Continue link.

4. After viewing the message, you may choose to respond or withdraw question.
