In your request you must include the session's date, advisor's name and session feeClick here to submit a new ticket.

Note: The refund request must be submitted within seven days of the end of the associated session with the Expert. Once we have received this information, we will review your request. Please note, we reserve the right to refund you in full or partially for your session. In addition, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund.
