If you hire an expert in order to receive services by email, you will be given the option to leave a rating after you confirm the session invoice. Likewise, if you hire an expert during Live chat, you will be given the option to leave a rating as soon as the session ends.


If you had a Live chat or email session with an expert and did not leave a rating after the session ended, you can rate the expert for up to 30 days following the sessions.


Sign in to your PrestoExperts account and choose "Account Activity" from the settings wheel. Locate the session that you want to rate, and click it in the list. In the window that opens, click the "Rate Expert" link and select a rating and enter any comments. Finally, click on "Submit Rating". To learn about the visibility of your ratings, click here.
